These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hi bazi platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on hi bazi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause contained in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

hi bazi is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or place any bet. Age verification may be requested at any time.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active hi bazi account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hi bazi ("hi bazi", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hi bazi website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all related features available at hi-bazi.com.
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the hi bazi platform, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
- You have read and accept the hi bazi Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
- You have read and accept the hi bazi Responsible Gaming policy, which also forms part of these Terms by reference.
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the hi bazi platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To register and maintain an active account on hi bazi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hi bazi is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or engaging in any betting or casino activity on the platform.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
- Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from hi bazi or any other gambling platform in a way that would cover hi bazi, nor must you be subject to any compulsory exclusion or suspension imposed by hi bazi.
- Not an employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of hi bazi or any of its technology or gaming service providers.
- Sound mind: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, substances, or any condition that impairs your ability to make informed decisions when placing bets or playing casino games.
hi bazi reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your age and identity at any point. This may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to hi bazi's satisfaction may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

03 Account Registration
To access the full features of hi bazi — including sports betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all hi bazi accounts:
- One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one hi bazi account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hi bazi will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
- Account sharing: You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your account to place bets or access your funds.
- Notification of changes: You must promptly notify hi bazi of any change to your registered personal information, including a change of email address, mobile number, or payment method details.
- KYC verification: hi bazi may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including — but not limited to — upon first withdrawal, at deposit thresholds, or following unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
hi bazi reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without providing reasons, at its absolute discretion.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on hi bazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made by Players:
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating institution.
- hi bazi does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. All deposit sources must be registered in your own name.
- hi bazi reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts at its discretion, and to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit amounts.
Withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or — where that is not possible — to an account verified as belonging to you.
- All withdrawals are subject to identity and account verification. hi bazi may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- hi bazi aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of receiving a verified request. During periods of high volume or following public holidays, processing times may extend to 48 hours.
- Withdrawal requests associated with active bonus wagering requirements may be placed on hold until all wagering conditions are satisfied.
- hi bazi reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of potential fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
hi bazi does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction fees — please refer to the relevant provider's terms for details.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
hi bazi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general bonus terms which apply across all promotions:
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus amount"). You must wager the specified amount before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.
- One bonus at a time: Players may only hold and work toward the wagering requirement of one active bonus at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Eligible games: Wagering requirements can only be fulfilled by playing on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain game types — including live casino and some jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering requirements.
- Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within their stated validity period, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stipulated timeframe, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Abuse: hi bazi reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting tools, collusion, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who are registered, verified, and in good standing. hi bazi reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for individual promotions at its discretion.
The specific terms for each individual bonus or promotional offer — including the exact wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and validity period — are published alongside each offer at the time of presentation. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
06 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports bets and casino activity placed on the hi bazi platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are available in the relevant sections of the hi bazi platform.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation from the hi bazi system. A bet that remains in a "pending" state has not been confirmed and may be cancelled without liability.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: hi bazi sets minimum and maximum stake limits for each bet type and market. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface before you confirm a bet.
- Odds changes: For pre-match and live in-play betting, odds may change between the time a bet is requested and the time it is confirmed by the system. Where odds change materially between request and confirmation, hi bazi will notify you and give you the option to accept or decline the revised odds.
- Void bets: hi bazi reserves the right to void any bet — before or after the event — in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors displaying incorrect odds, event cancellation or abandonment, clear evidence of match fixing, or any other circumstance that in hi bazi's reasonable judgement renders the bet invalid.
- Palpable errors: In the event of a manifest error — such as an odds entry error resulting in prices that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market conditions — hi bazi reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether they have been settled. hi bazi will notify affected Players promptly.
- Settlement: hi bazi settles bets using official results from the relevant governing body or sports data provider. In the event of a discrepancy between a result shown on hi bazi and the official result, the official governing body result will prevail.
- Cash Out: Where a Cash Out feature is available on a bet, the option to cash out may be suspended or unavailable during certain periods of a live event. hi bazi does not guarantee the availability of Cash Out at any specific time.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi bazi platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account per individual, household, or device.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, collect bonuses, or interact with the hi bazi platform in any way that is not through normal manual human interaction.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of bonus offers or promotional terms.
- Colluding with other Players, exploiting software errors, or engaging in any behaviour designed to defraud hi bazi or manipulate betting outcomes.
- Using the hi bazi platform for any money laundering activity or for any other illegal purpose.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the hi bazi platform, its software, or its security systems.
- Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, proceeds of crime, or funds belonging to a third party without their explicit, documented consent.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward hi bazi support staff or other users of the platform.
- Allowing a minor (a person under 18 years of age) to access your account or use your account credentials.
hi bazi's fraud and risk management team monitors all account activity on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, hi bazi will act without notice where the circumstances require it, and any funds obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.
08 Account Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your hi bazi account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, hi bazi will process the closure within 24 hours and will refund any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) to your verified payment method. Please note that if you have an active self-exclusion in place, the account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
Closure by hi bazi: hi bazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The Player has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
- Fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or other illegal activity is suspected.
- The Player has been identified as a minor.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed by hi bazi due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. hi bazi will provide written notification of a closure and the reason for it, except where providing such notice would compromise a fraud or legal investigation.
Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). hi bazi may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs, deducted from any remaining account balance. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
09 Responsible Gaming
hi bazi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the platform. The following tools and commitments form part of hi bazi's responsible gaming framework and are binding on hi bazi as operator:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension (time-out) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent to the Player.
- Self-exclusion: Players may request a longer-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion from the hi bazi platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, the Player will receive no promotional communications from hi bazi. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period.
- Reality checks: Players may enable session time reminders via account settings to receive notifications at regular intervals about the duration of their current play session.
- 18+ enforcement: hi bazi strictly enforces its 18+ age restriction. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi bazi's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their hi bazi account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hi bazi shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether hi bazi was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or information.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
- Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the hi bazi platform where such information contains an error.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's availability, including during scheduled maintenance windows.
- Any loss arising from circumstances beyond hi bazi's reasonable control, including — but not limited to — acts of God, government action, internet outages, telecommunications failures, or civil unrest.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude hi bazi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the hi bazi platform — including but not limited to the hi bazi brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to hi bazi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hi bazi platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the hi bazi platform.
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the hi bazi platform.
- Remove or alter any intellectual property notices, watermarks, or attributions on any platform content.
- Scrape, crawl, or use any automated method to extract data or content from the hi bazi platform.
- Use the hi bazi brand name, logo, or any trade mark in any manner that has not been expressly authorised in writing by hi bazi.
Third-party game content available on hi bazi (including games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studios) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own intellectual property terms.
12 Amendments to These Terms
hi bazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hi bazi will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Display a prominent notice on the hi bazi platform informing Players of the change.
- Where the change is significant, send an email notification to the registered email address on your account.
Your continued use of the hi bazi platform following notification of a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure before the effective date of the change.
Where these Terms are translated into any other language for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hi bazi with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
